The Other Problem With Sprawl

Most address only part of the problem of sprawl - bad land use decisions. But few mention the other problem because it is politically incorrect to do so.
"Most people address only a part of the problem -- bad land-use decisions. The other half of the problem, population growth, is usually avoided or not mentioned. It has become incorrect to suggest that population needs to be stabilized."
