The Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation, working in conjunction with the City of Philadelphia, is soliciting responses to 4 separate RFPs:

1) Strategic Planning – develop a strategic plan for land use, public space improvements, physical development, and transportation improvements in the Convention Center/Market East area of Center City Philadelphia;

2) Retail and Gaming Designer – provide technical support and advise members of city government as they review proposals for a downtown casino in the City of Philadelphia.

3) Traffic Study – develop a comprehensive traffic and transportation plan for the Convention Center/Market East area of Center City Philadelphia; and

4) Real Estate and Economic Advisory Services – support the city project team in planning and negotiating a public-private mixed use real estate transaction in Center City Philadelphia.
