"The boards of directors of San Francisco-based LoopNet, Inc., and Los Angeles-based PropertyFirst.com, Inc., have approved a merger of the two firms, strengthening what appears to be the commercial real estate industrys dominant Internet technology, marketing and listing-information services provider."
