A resident of Spokane speaks out on the benefits of mixed use in the City's new comprehensive plan.
"I recently observed a steady stream of property speculators and developers complaining to the city Plan Commission about the Interim Development Regulations for the city's new road map to the future -- the long-awaited Comprehensive Plan. The plan will cut into their profits, they said."
