'Destination Real Estate' To Be Explored

'Destination Real Estate' includes shopping centers that combine retail stores with entertainment uses.
The Urban Land Institute and the Westside Urban Forum will both host events that will explore the design and development of entertainment-oriented shopping centers. ULI's theme is 'creating destinations,' and will explore how shopping centers are becoming 'destination real estate' by combining retail with sports facilities, museums, restaurants, casinos, resorts and master-planned communities.
