Planning an 'Eco-City'

"Treasure Island: A polluted military base is being transformed into a dense green neighborhood."

"Dongtan: One of the earliest eco-cities announced may take longer than anticipated to complete."

"Masdar: Oil wealth fuels construction of an ecological city in the Arabian desert."
