Online graduate planning theory courses

Does anyone know of any planning theory courses that are taught online at the graduate level? Besides the MIT operware courses. I need just this course to graduate, and am running into obstacles taking it at any school this year near me, so I'm opening my search to online courses worldwide.

Sorry, I don't know of a complete online course in planning theory. I think that's going to be a hard one. Maybe your program can substitute another class for your planning theory requirement.
