Pocket parks as examples
Submitted by bzundel04 on Mon, 08/04/2008 - 07:40.
I was just wondering if anyone had any examples of successful pocket parks, between tall buildings.
I am trying to find ones that are really inviting to the public.
Examples don't need to be that particular. I will just giving you all a little description of the future development. This park ideally would be placed in an area featuring retail shops. The design will be an L-shape where the park would connect to two different streets. It surrounds a large building on a corner lot.
Thanks for any help or suggestions,
Zundo
P.S. If you need any other descriptions or clarifications let me know.
