Gas Prices Beget Golf Carts

City officials in Lockhart, near Austin, consider allowing golf carts on arterial streets.
Due to high gas prices, the Lockhart City Council will soon be considering whether or not to allow golf carts on city streets with speed limits of 35 mph or less. FOX 7's Foti Kallergis reports on why the Lockhart police chief fears the idea may be unsafe.
