Land use law, zoning,... courses or seminars

I´m preparing my PhD Thesis in Spain and, in order to do an international thesis, I would like to research also your experience. So that, I think one of the best ways to learn is attending some courses, but I don´t know exactly were to look for this information. Any help will be welcome.

Courses on American land use?
Or international/comparative courses?

I've taught American land use law, as well as a seminar on sprawl-but no international stuff (though I know who has).
