A sweeping new growth-management strategy drafted by the state's growth task force is headed to Gov. Jeb Bush and the Florida Legislature.

"A sweeping new growth-management strategy that limits state oversight of local development and endorses blocking housing development in areas that don't have enough classrooms is headed to Gov. Jeb Bush and the Florida Legislature.
