Orange County A Hot Spot For Office Space

A survey shows Orange County, CA, is one of the nation's top 10 office space hot spots.
"Orange County, fueled by strong growth, is among the top 10 markets nationwide in which to invest in office space, according to a report released Thursday.Integra Realty Resources, a nationwide real estate appraisal firm, ranked Orange County's greater John Wayne Airport/Irvine area third in terms of central business districts.The county itself was 10th in suburban/overall office markets.Even with the expected economic downturn this year, Integra expects Orange County's office market to do well because of the strong demand by high-tech industries."
