Bush's PLA Plans Could Impact Transportation Projects

If President Bush signs an executive order banning project labor agreements (PLA), it could impact transportation projects.
"If Bush signs the executive order banning PLAs, he will be restoring a policy that had been in place during his father's administration. The elder Bush issued an executive order in 1992 banning the use of PLAs on federally funded construction projects."This decision could affect the schedule of transportation projects in your region.
