Research firms dealing with planning

I am graduating in May 2009 majoring in Community/Regional Planning and Sociology. As I've continued to take more sociology classes, professional research has really sparked my interest. I know there are various firms that do research on topics such as planning, land use, housing, etc (Sage Computing is one that I have found).

Are there any other firms of this nature? I am starting to look at places to work and would like to have a list prepared so I can start to make contacts.

So, if any of you know firms dealing with this kind of research, I would really appreciate the information.
