It's not just a traffic issue anymore; congestion in Peninsula is a business issue.
"Job growth has far outstripped housing growth, while house prices have soared. Many employees of Peninsula companies can't afford to live there -- and more and more are deciding they can't afford the time and stress of lengthy commutes to get there."
