The Greater Minnesota Housing Fund, one of Minnesota's most creative community development finance organizations seeks a Program Officer with a strong affordable housing/community development background. Primary duties include program design and development, management of key initiatives, providing leadership in the area of single family affordable housing, green building initiatives, foreclosure recovery and community revitalization. The position requires strong leadership skills and extensive collaboration w/local community development organizations and government leaders. You will be responsible for affordable housing project analysis and underwriting; grant reviews, technical assistance; research and writing, and community outreach. Minimum qualifications are a master’s degree and at least 5 years of progressive experience, or an equivalent level of experience in areas of affordable housing, finance, community development planning or related area. Frequent travel w/in state is necessary. Salary commensurate with experience, excellent benefits package.
