Proposed Power Plant Site Raises Controversy

Residents disagree over the site for the proposed Montezuma Energy Project in Mobile, AZ.
"The proposed Montezuma Energy Project in Mobile is among 18 power plants on the drawing board around Arizona. With California going dark, the proposal highlights the tensions and tradeoffs of keeping electricity flowing... Recent power projects in the Valley have stirred up varying levels of controversy, mostly depending on how urban the area is."
