Urban Economics Firm Seeks Analyst

Dynamic national urban development consulting practice seeks an Analyst to perform a range of tasks at our Silver Spring office. Responsibilities include administrative, quantitative and qualitative research, analysis of demographic and economic data, telephone contact with real estate developers and city agencies, case studies, and policy analysis.

Position requires BA in economics, urban studies, city planning, or equivalent. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and experience with common Microsoft Office programs required. Entry level experience and working knowledge of GIS are highly desirable.

The successful applicant will enjoy a fast-paced, collaborative environment with dedicated professionals, and should have a strong interest in urban and community development issues. This position is great training for graduate school bound candidates.
