U.S. Cities Face Serious Infrastucture Problems

According to a study by the EPA, aging water and sewer systems in the nation's cities, and insufficient funds to repair them could cause serious problems.
"Such basic functions of daily life in America, which likes to think of itself as the world's only superpower, are under threat, experts say, and the federal government must do something about it urgently. An industry group called the Water Infrastructure Alliance reached similar conclusions in a separate study last year."
