Scottsdale Arena Proposal Scaled Back

The proposed hockey arena and retail complex in Scottsdale, AZ, will be scaled back from 2.3 million square feet to 1.5 million.
"Developer Steve Ellman's proposed hockey arena and retail complex at the former Los Arcos Mall would shrink, have fewer parking spaces and include a charge for event parking under a new plan by a consultant hired by Scottsdale to assess the feasibility of the project."
