Houston's Transit Board Stunned

On the eve of its groundbreaking, the Houston MTA was ordered to halt work on it's light rail line.
"Stung by a court order halting work on its planned light rail line, the Metropolitan Transit Authority board Monday canceled this week's scheduled groundbreaking and board meeting and prepared to do battle."
