Hello, This is actually an assignment for school but since this is my intended career field I am most interested in your responses. I realize a few of these questions are easily answered using the Occupational Outlook Handbook, among other sources, so feel free to omit these(or any) questions.

1) How did you get into this field? (What sparked your interest in this area?)
2) How did you get your position? (I.e. networking, internship, etc.)
3) What kind of training and education is required for your position?
4) What personal characteristics are important for people to have that are going into this field? (i.e. outgoing, customer oriented, goal oriented, etc.)
5) What is a typical day like for you?
6) What part of your job do you find most rewarding? What part is the most challenging?
7) If you could do things over again, would you choose this field again? Why/why not? What would you do differently?
8) What types of advancement opportunities are there in this field? Do you see this field as continuing to grow in the future?
9) What special advice would you give someone entering this field? What is the best thing I can do to prepare myself for getting a job in this field?
