Is America still the land of the free? Not in Washington, D.C. Public offices and even the city's streets are no longer accessible.
The nation's capital is locked down for the inauguration of President Bush. But amid worries about terrorism, strict security is always in place, raising concerns that America's public capitol city is being closed to the people. "Even as Washington opens its arms to a new administration this weekend, parts of America's capital city remain closed none more conspicuously than the area right in front of the new president's new home."
