Urban Planning Questions.

Anyone of you know any Urban Planners or are Urban planner yourself?

I need to interview someone who is in the field and I need it by 11:55PM tonight. I've contacted some, but they tell me they can't speak with authority about the field or some said they would but never contacted me again. so if you guys can help me out, it would be great. thanks guys.
