Job Search Timing?

Hi everyone,

I'm graduating from the MCRP program at Rutgers (The Bloustein School) this May, wondering if there is any kind of an increase in job availability around graduation time - or if the job market is pretty steady throughout the year. Also wondering when it is appropriate to start applying to listings I find, seeing as how I'm not available until graduation and my part-time work project is complete in May.
