Planning in Argentina?

I'm a masters planning student @ Portland State University and after 2 years of serious blood, sweat, and tears I'm going to need a break. I'm taking off to Argentina this summer for a couple of months and am looking for opportunities to intern or volunteer in some kind of urban planning or community development capacity?

So...Do any of you fellow planners know of any organization (or person) doing any planning related work in Buenos Aires (or the surrounding region)? Please let me know. I would really like to learn more about international planning
