Officials has proposed $100,000 plan to study coastline community master plans and impact of new homes.

Officials in western Michigan propose a $100,000 plan, which "aims to control new homes and businesses in Ottawa County's shoreline communities. The $100,000 plan would identify shoreline issues, conduct surveys and workshops, and study shoreline community master plans."
