A mysterious new technology gadget is rumored to be able to change the ways cities are designed.
A respected New Hampshire inventor is reportedly at the center of hype surround a new personal transportation device -- perhaps a "wearable car." The Washington Post reports that he has "come up with a world-moving invention that will be "an alternative to products that are dirty, expensive, sometimes dangerous, and often frustrating, especially for people in the cities."
