Colorado lawmakers gather to discuss sprawl-related legislation.
"The third round in Colorado's slugfest over sprawl begins this week when lawmakers return to the Capitol, but another draw seems less likely. Legislators dumped more than a dozen proposals last year, and voters rejected a ballot issue critics called too extreme. This time, lawmakers, along with an army of interest groups,promise an unprecedented effort to grapple with growth."
