The Twin Cities' transit hubs draw retail and hosing development.
"In the past, Twin Cities' suburban transit hubs simply provided commuters with places to park and catch a bus into the city during rush hour. The new image of the transit hub is one of a development graced by residences, retail establishments and office parks in a package that urban planners have come to call "transit villages."
