Chicago's Hot Downtown Office Market

Companies are rushing to downtown Chicago and driving down vacancy rates to lowest in 20 years.

"Real estate experts say the trend illustrates downtown's attractiveness to many skilled workers, who want a job either near their homes or convenient to public transportation. In a tight labor market, companies are finding that a downtown address helps them attract and keep employees."
