The Urban Land Institute's smart growth toolkit shows best practices for success.
The publication showcases more than 20 policies and practices local and regional governments are using to guide future growth, protect natural resources, and encourage economic vitality. It also provides 19 smart development case studies that show the planning, design and implementation techniques being used by developers building smart growth projects. The tool kit is part of ULI's ongoing search for smart growth solutions.
