Philadelphia to Reading light rail line has many obstacles to overcome.
"Four years ago, MetroRail sounded like the perfect solution to several pressing problems.The transit rail line would unclog the Schuylkill Expressway and other jammed roads by carrying 50,000 commuters a day to destinations between Philadelphia and Reading.It would transform sprawl into pedestrian-friendly housing by encouraging people to live within walking distance of train stations."
