Sustainable Agriculture Amid Sprawl

King County is experimenting with sustainable agriculture in the midst of sprawl.
The plan envisions a "self-sustaining farm that will give students a first-hand farm experience, teach serious entrepreneurs cutting-edge techniques in small, organic farming, and give an urban populace a cultural-resource center where they can see, touch and even taste their agrarian roots."
