Census: Moving South And West

"It's as if the country has been picked up by the corner where Maine is and shaken, with people falling to the South and West."
A review of the Census results by the Wall Street Journal suggests: "While the East and Midwest aren't doing badly -- every state gained population -- people keep moving to regions of the country where economic growth and low taxes are more likely to be found."
