Downtown Phoenix Enters Race For Stadium

Downtown Phoenix has entered the race to become home to a new stadium for the Arizona Cardinals.
"Downtown Phoenix entered the race to become home for a new $331 million stadium for the Arizona Cardinals ... That brings the total of proposed stadium sites to five." At issue is the amount of required tax subsidy. Construction is expected to begin in August.
