Denver's Fumbling Growth

The Denver Post critically reviews Colorado's growth management efforts in 2000, and lays out an agenda for 2001.
"When the 2000 legislature opened, the most pressing political issue in the state was how to manage Colorado's rapid growth. As the 2001 legislature convenes, the most pressing political issue is how to manage Colorado's rapid growth.Thus, growth - the topic that led The Post's 2000 editorial agenda - will top our 2001 agenda as well. In Colorado politics, progress is definitely not our most important product."
