Smart Growth Must Include Affordable Housing

According to the new Urban Land Institute chairman, smart growth must include affordable housing.
"For the U.S.'s new smart growth communities to enjoy lasting success, they must include an affordable housing component and be designed not to price out existing residents" according to new Urban Land Insitute chairman Ron Terwilliger.
