Realtors Put Technology To Work

As the number of people using the Internet to research home and neighborhood grows, a new service uses technology to help realtors.
"A new service allows users to list and search for property, access tax, community and school information, and perform comparative market analysis...The pool of people who use the Internet to research homes and neighborhoods is expected to reach 40 percent in 2002...[a] survey found that realtors who had a personal Web page earned 70 percent more income than those who did not."
