Colorado's 10 Growth Guidelines

Colorado leaders present 10 guidelines to shape future growth throughout the state.
In anticipation of new "smart growth" legislation, Colorado state leaders are taking a platform on ten "responsible growth" guideliness on the road to present to communities throughout the state. "No growth bills have been completely written yet, but any acceptable bill must be based on the set of 10 "guiding principles," Senate leaders said Thursday.Those principles include protecting Colorado's quality of life, promoting continued economic prosperity, preserving open space and limiting sprawl."
