Atlanta's traffic backs onto surface streets as intown communities get congested.
As people return to the metro area in droves, congestion soon follows. New approaches must be investigated to address this problem."What used to be an exit wait to suburbia has now spread to surface streets as intown communities are built, expanded and upgraded. There's no getting away from the gridlock."
