Nation's Smallest Commuter Rail Line Opens

The Governer calls is a "real renaissance in rail" while opponents say it is a waste of federal and state money.
"The train was originally conceived as a way to get people who work inBurlington, Vermont's largest city with about 40,000 people, out of their carsand off a busy highway during a construction project. But now, Vermonttransportation officials say they are solving future problems."
