Atlanta's Low-Density Development

Georgia state transportation agency says that low-density developments are not always bad.
"The Georgia Regional Transportation Authority wants to "push development into transportation corridors wherepeople can commute by rail and bus as well as driving, [but] it's willing to endorse low-density development --- at least where the other kind of development doesn't make sense."
