User fees, gas taxes, license fees and auto-parts surcharges are all a part of the 20 year transportation vision for Seattle.
"The average driver in the Puget Sound area would pay up to $231 a year in new taxes and fees under a road and transit plan recommended Wednesday by a state commission."
