I would like your feedback on this question:

What are the benefits, if any, for the Amenities (golf course, clubhouse, recreation, parks, sales office, trails, etc.) to be constructed at a planned community? Not just promised but present to show.
any benefit in pricing? pace of sales? any benefit at all?
