Telecommunications/Cell Towers

Hi all,

I am in the beginning stages of revising an ordinance for tower facilities in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough in Alaska. I am currently in research mode and am hoping that there are some others out there from larger county jurisdictions that have some ordinances they could forward my way (or direct me to). One major focus of this revision is to encourage concealed or stealth towers, as none currently exist in Alaska. Does anyone have advice on strategies that have worked elsewhere? Any feedback is appreciated!
