Large Land Developments 15K+ acres

Looking for current or recent various LARGE development projects in 15k+ acre size. Looking for examples to compare to rumored 24K acre project. Banning Lewis Ranch in Colorado Springs Colorado is very similar. 70K dwelling units rumored. Any information would be appreciated.
