Growth Is Houston's Top Problem

An economist warns that Houston will be choked if it doesn't deal with its growth.
"Houston's future will be choked if it doesn't deal with the traffic congestion and other problems that come with its rapid growth, according to economist Barton Smith. The widely followed forecaster sternly warned hundreds of business leaders that the city isn't ready to solve the problems of traffic, flood control, water and urban renewal that are likely over the next 20 years."
