Affordable Housing May Be New Life For Gang Hangout

Los Angeles has knocked down a former "Crips" gang hangout and has plans to convert it into affordable housing.
As the result of a public nuisance lawsuit, the home was shut down more than 3 years ago. Affordable housing developers in the city are looking to transform the former drug lair and homicide scene into apartments for low income residents in Los Angeles.
