AICP registeration for Foreign Degree

Hi all
I am an architect-urban planner professionally employed , I have a background of master degree in URP from India, I wish to pursue my AICP registeration, but the problem is that I am working for an architectural firm so cannot count my exp. I am interested in urban transport plg and GIS. Can anyone help me regarding the AICP thing and also suggest me that without doing anothers masters here, Am i elegible for it. how can i upgrade myself for transportation plg with some certification course....
